Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, efficient, and fully operational. Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverage

Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records

Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required

Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred

Relevant technical certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities

Experience in commercial or multi building environments preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability

Effective communication and time management skills
