The Expert Service Center Technician is responsible for performing service activities at service center locations in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting with shop and yard work, and ensuring a safe work environment. The position may occasionally interface with customers.###

* Travel to customer or job sites as needed (up to 20%)###
** Education & Certifications

* Required:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Capable of obtaining a CDL (Class A or

B) with applicable endorsements – preferred, not required
** Preferred:
*** Technical or trade school background
* Technical certifications, industry-specific licenses, or military technical experience###
** Experience
* ** 3–7 years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work
* Experience with customer service
* Experience working independently without direct supervision###
