POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician with high-voltage experience to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting throughout an industrial manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining electrical systems, diagnosing equipment problems, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment
- Work with high-voltage electrical systems and components
- Diagnose electrical problems using meters, testing equipment, and electrical diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, wiring, motors, controls, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical failures and equipment malfunctions
- Assist with electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential safety or maintenance issues
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Work closely with production and maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
- Previous industrial electrical maintenance experience required
- High-voltage electrical experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams/schematics
- Experience with industrial machinery, motors, controls, and electrical components preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
The ideal candidate is a dependable, safety-minded electrician/maintenance technician who can independently troubleshoot problems and keep industrial equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Pay: $25.00/hour + approximately 12 hours of overtime per week
