Qualifications

5+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
Work may be performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites
Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information
Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
