As an HVAC Field Operations Supervisor, you will lead residential installation teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder partners, ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed to specification while maintaining strict safety and performance standards.

As an HVAC Field Operations Supervisor, you will lead residential installation teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder partners, ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed to specification while maintaining strict safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities- Direct and mentor subcontractor installation crews to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Conduct site inspections to verify readiness for rough-in and trim phases, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with builder superintendents to resolve design or installation challenges proactively.
- Manage field-based change orders and coordinate necessary repairs to maintain project profitability.
- Oversee project scheduling and verify that all installations comply with local building codes and inspections.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and leadership to field teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices based on verified completion of project phases.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC installation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in diverse field environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in a field supervisory role within new residential construction.
- Direct experience with multi‑family HVAC system installations.
- Relevant college coursework or technical certifications.
