• Hourly Pay: $40.00-$50.00, set according to ERJ-145 experience and avionics background

  4x10 night shift - four nights on, three consecutive days off (examples: Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed)

This opening is for two A&P mechanics with Embraer ERJ-145 line maintenance experience to fill night-shift positions supporting a fast-moving cargo operation based s is a strong fit for a regional jet mechanic who works well under time pressure and is looking for a stable, well-compensated, long-term position. Occasional travel to Caribbean outstations for line maintenance support is part of the role.

• Handle rapid-turn line maintenance, overnight aircraft servicing, daily and weekly inspections, A-checks, and MEL-driven troubleshooting on ERJ-145 regional jets and Saab 340 turboprops

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, powerplant (Rolls-Royce AE 3007), electrical, and avionics issues in line with FAA regulations and OEM maintenance manuals

• Keep logbooks, work orders, and return-to-service paperwork accurate and compliant with 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 135 repair station requirements

• Bring personal basic hand tools and make use of company-supplied specialty tooling, diagnostic gear, and ground support equipment

• Remain available for occasional short trips supporting line maintenance at Caribbean outstations when operational needs require it

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate in good standing, meeting the recent experience requirements under 14 CFR 65.83

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on maintenance experience on Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft since certification

• Able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and the background checks required for MIA SIDA badging and CBP clearance

• Standard set of basic A&P hand tools (a full master tool list is provided after hire)

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs without help, climb ladders and scaffolding, and work outdoors in tarmac conditions

• Avionics troubleshooting background (e.g., Honeywell Primus 1000) or an active FCC license

• Hands-on experience maintaining Saab 340 turboprop aircraft

• Valid U.S. Passport for outstation travel support
