Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Engineer Helper to join our team. The Building Engineer Helper - Painter will be responsible for supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.
Responsibilities- Supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers.
- Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.
- Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.
- High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
- Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Meticulous and ability to function in a demanding environment.
- Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborator who can also work independently and is a initiative-taker.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, dependable, and courteous service to all customers.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Salary: $17.20 per hour
- Full-Time 10am-7pm. Due to painting tasks job requires after hours schedule.
