Registration Assistant (Part time) - Staff Pool
Assist in registration and fee payment for students enrolling at HCCS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide general information to students.
- Assist during registration by passing our appropriate forms, checking forms for completeness and accuracy.
- Direct students to the appropriate registration stations.
- Proctor and score assessment.
- Verify residency status.
- Input application, registration or fee payment information on the computer.
- Collect fee payments from students.

EDUCATION
High school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year experience in registration, preferably in a college or university setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Possess good written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with a diverse population
Demonstrate patience and tolerance in dealing with student problems
