Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cypress

Orange Tree Staffing is seeking bright and talented Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to “Build and Inspire Growth” by providing education-based therapy services to students located in Cypress, Katy and Houston for the School Year!

Requirements
  • SLP State Certification
  • ASHA Certification Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and support academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into students’ educational programs.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and updates on student progress.
  • Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Stay current with best practices through research and ongoing professional development.
