Job Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service to Child Care clients and co‑workers.
- Serve as a support for the Child Care Supervisors.
- Participate in the training and development of the Child Care Advisors.
- Act as a peer support to Child Care Advisors.
- Manage cases for other employees and employees' relatives.
- Complete reports (Early Term).
- Resolve client concerns face‑to‑face, by phone, or email.
- Complete referred customer contacts and provide an update.
- Participate in the facilitation of all staff meetings.
- May serve as the Appeals.
- Accept and coordinate referrals for child care from authorized referral sources.
- Provide informational support/instruction to parents as needed.
- Refer suspected fraud or misuse to Child Care Services.
- Participate in outreach initiatives.
- Complete Company Academy trainings, as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full‑time experience in child development, child care licensing, or social service work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
- Use of personal vehicle may be required; if so, must have a current valid driver's license with a good driving record and valid auto insurance.
