Alpha is seeking a full‑time life-skills coach to work on-site at our Central Houston, South Houston, or The Woodlands campuses. The role is contracted through Crossover as Contractor of Record, pays $50/hour ($100,000/year) with weekly payments and benefits from day one.
You will facilitate hands‑on workshops, analyze student progress with Coachbot analytics, and guide students toward 100% weekly objectives in a hybrid coaching model that emphasizes authentic growth and life-skill mastery.
