Job Summary
Serves as system support for families and children by applying professional expertise in the areas of family systems, community mental health, health education, and serve as a liaison with community agencies. Works in cooperation with all other disciplines (Child Development Services, Student Support Services, Family Wellness, Professional Development and Administration) to ensure staff and families receive adequate training towards the goal of healthy family development.

Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Community Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Family Therapy, Social Work. Master's Degree preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Professional expertise in areas such as immigrant experience, healthy marriages, parenting skills, crisis management, etc.
- Experience in case management: staffing, monitoring, follow-up, closure, referral, documentation
- Demonstrated teaching or training skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of local community resources.
- Skilled in trans-disciplinary approach to presenting information and conducting interventions
- Computer literate and proficient in use of Windows, Excel, and MS Word. Database management experiences a plus.
- Valid Texas Drivers License, good driving record and reliable vehicle
