Sr. Oracle Developer, C#, REST API

Overview

Matlen Silver has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Oracle Developer. This position can be based in either the Houston TX metro or in Omaha NE, and is onsite 5 days/week.

Pay scale: $78-80/hr W2

Per client requirements we can only consider candidates that are US Citizens or Permanent Residents

No C2C

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and batch processes using C#/.NET (Framework and/or .NET Core)
• Write efficient Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions) and tune SQL for performance at scale
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful services, messaging, and file-based workflows
• Own end-to-end SDLC activities: requirements review, technical design, coding, unit testing, code review, deployment, and production support

• 8+ years of total experience
• 5+ years of Oracle backend development including procedures, triggers, functions and performance tuning
• Windows and AIX/Linux experience
• Source control and CI/CD (Git, pipelines)
