Role: Software Engineer (Full-Stack / .NET / Systems)

Location: Houston

Salary: Up to $155,000 + Bonus

We are partnering with an established leader in advanced and smart electronics manufacturing, delivering high-reliability software and hardware solutions used in demanding industrial and field environments.

We’re hiring a strong, well-rounded Software Engineer who can own projects end-to-end and operate as an individual contributor when needed. This role blends front-end GUI development and back-end systems work
, with exposure to hardware-adjacent software and data-driven systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, technical breadth, and building production-grade software that supports real-world products.

A proactive, mid-level engineer who is comfortable taking ownership, contributing across the stack, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving existing systems, and helping drive projects forward rather than waiting for detailed direction.

• Owning and delivering software projects from design through deployment
• Full-stack development (roughly 50/50 front-end and back-end
  )
• GUI and application development for internal and customer-facing tools
• Backend services, data handling, and system integrations
• C, C++, C#, and .NET development across multiple applications
• Collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Supporting and enhancing software that interfaces with manufactured hardware

A developer who:

• Can own projects and work independently as an IC
• Is strong in C++, C#, and .NET
• Has experience across both front-end and back-end development
• Is comfortable working on GUIs, application logic, and backend systems
• Has experience working in Scrum / Agile teams
• Communicates clearly and works well across engineering disciplines
• Is curious, reliable, and focused on building robust, maintainable software

• Exposure to AI/ML
  , data platforms, or data lake architectures
• Seismic industry experience
• Firmware or low-level systems experience
• Experience working close to hardware or embedded-adjacent software

• Salary up to $160,000 + Annual Bonus
• 15-20 Days PTO (increasing with tenure)
