Software Architect; React

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design, guide, and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. This role provides technical leadership across teams, translating business requirements into robust system architectures while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and long-term strategy. The Software Architect partners closely with product, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to drive technical excellence.

• Design and own end-to-end system architecture for complex software solutions
• Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across engineering teams
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineers
• Ensure systems meet requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, and security
• Review designs and code to ensure architectural integrity and quality
• Guide cloud, microservices, API, and data architecture strategies
• Identify technical risks and lead mitigation strategies

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, and object-oriented principles
• Experience with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience designing enterprise-scale or highly regulated systems
• Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance standards
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
