Data Engineer, AI Engineer
Co-Builder / No-Code Architect (Part-Time & Equity/Profit-Share Opportunity)
The Mission: I am looking for a technical architect to help cross the finish line on a project we're creating
, a data-driven intelligence platform built to provide high-level context for executive-level talent mapping and role stability analysis. We aren't just building a database; we are building an operational backbone that differentiates between data-derived signals and human validation.
The Stack:
- Airtable: Our central engine for complex logic and data architecture.
- Softr: Our frontend portal for client interaction and search delivery.
- Automation: Sophisticated data-enrichment workflows (experience with complex API integrations is a must).
The Role: This isn’t a "clock-in, clock-out" job. I need a builder who enjoys the "last 10%" of product development—polishing the user experience, hardening the logic, and ensuring the technical guardrails are ironclad. You will be responsible for:
- Refining the Discovery Tier search logic and public/private data visibility rules.
- Optimizing workflow tracking (from "New" to "Hired") within the Softr environment.
- Implementing manual overrides and expert-review layers to ensure data integrity.
Who You Are:
- You have a full-time gig but have "tinkered" yourself into becoming an expert builder in your free time.
- You understand that we improve the probability of success
; we don't just predict outcomes. - You are looking for a project with skin in the game. For the right person, I am open to a profit-sharing arrangement as we scale the portal.
Interested? Send me a DM with a brief overview of the most complex Airtable/Softr build you’ve handled.
