Role Overview

We are seeking a highly hands‑on Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Python, and Agentic AI development to design, build, and scale intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives while actively contributing to architecture, coding, and implementation of AI‑driven solutions.

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java and Python.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, and AI‑driven decision-making frameworks.
• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers while remaining hands‑on with coding.
• Design microservices, APIs, and distributed systems for AI‑enabled platforms.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks into production environments.
• Ensure high‑quality code through code reviews, best practices, and automated testing.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and processes.

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming expertise in Java and Python.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, LLM‑powered applications, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Auto Gen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Exposure to vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying AI systems into production environments.
• Prior experience leading small engineering teams.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands‑on development.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
