Quantuf Ai is building the quantum control plane: an enterprise-grade platform that makes advanced compute (quantum + classical + AI) usable, reliable, and governable. Our product succeeds when complex workflows feel simple—clear inputs, confident execution, and legible results.

As an IX (Interaction/Experience) Developer, you will own the quality of the workbench experience: onboarding, file uploads, run configuration, execution states, results exploration, and micro-interactions. This is a hands‑on builder role for someone who blends UX instincts with strong front‑end engineering execution.

• Own interaction design and front‑end implementation for core workbench workflows (uploads, run setup, execution, results).
• Build and evolve a cohesive design system (tokens, typography, spacing, component patterns) and enforce consistency.
• Create excellent UI state handling for async execution: progress, retries, errors, receipts, and empty states.
• Optimize for speed and clarity using information hierarchy and progressive disclosure.
• Instrument UX metrics (activation, drop‑off, time‑to‑task) and iterate based on real usage and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineering so the UI matches real system behavior and constraints.

• 4+ years shipping modern web UI in production (React/Next.js strongly preferred).
• Strong interaction and UX engineering instincts: flow mapping, state design, UX writing, information architecture.
• Advanced CSS/Tailwind skills; comfort building reusable components and design systems.
• Accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design across devices.
• Ability to prototype quickly and refine based on feedback and data.
• Clear communicator with high ownership and bias toward shipping.

• Experience with complex products: IDEs, dashboards, workflow-heavy SaaS, or data/compute tooling.
• Motion/micro-interaction experience (Framer Motion, CSS animations) used tastefully for clarity.
• Familiarity with observability for UX (Sentry, session replay, product analytics).
• Interest in quantum computing concepts (not required).
• Frontend:
  Next.js / React, Type Script, Tailwind CSS
• Integration: API-driven UI with async job/run lifecycle states
