Your Impact Will Include

• Teamwork: Join a vibrant team of experts to enhance and build sophisticated fraud detection systems
• Pioneering Systems: Design, build, and scale sophisticated, state-of-the-art fraud detection systems from proof-of-concept to production.
• Full ML Lifecycle Ownership: Take ownership of models. From initial research and development to deployment and continuous monitoring in a high-stakes environment.
• Advanced Model Implementation: Implement and fine-tune advanced ML techniques, including boosting, clustering, and sequence modelling, to solve complex business objectives.
• Innovation & Research: Continuously research and apply the latest methodologies in AI to ensure our leadership in fraud prevention.
• Experience: 6-8 years of dedicated experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Computing or a related technical field, with a specialisation in ML/AI.
• Foundational Knowledge: A solid command of statistics, probability, and the mathematical underpinnings of ML.
• Programming & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Python and extensive experience with frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• MLOps Mastery: Proven skill in data wrangling, EDA, and deploying high-scale ML models using platforms such as AWS Sage Maker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
• Team: Experience working within a collaborative Scrum team environment.
• Mindset: A commitment to continuous learning in the field of ML/AI.
