This position is located in Houston, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.

The internship program assignments are 10-14 weeks in duration and are full-time in-person internships. The summer 2026 internship is expected to begin on May 17, 2026.

• The chosen candidates will work within teams and individually to complete projects that have been hand-selected by Landmark Leadership. These projects will have immediate future commercial value.
• Interns may be involved with making improvements to Landmark Proprietary software, development and deployment in the Cloud, building PoC using AI chatbots and Agentic frameworks.

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future;
  Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

• A self-starter with leadership capabilities, innovative ideas and the ability to effectively express ideas to team members, project stakeholders and management.
• Strong Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment
• Solid programming skills with Python/Core Java.
• Strong Interests in building AI agents.
• Experience with Databases like Postgres/Oracle/SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SQL, JDBC
• Building web services in Java
• Exposure to Dockers, Kubernetes & AWS/Azure preferred.
• Exposure to the field of Cartography is a plus.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.

• Corporate housing provided for the summer to those candidates who qualify.

Salary Range: $26/hour for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; $31/hour for students pursuing a Master’s; $36/hour for those pursuing a PhD
