Sr. SDET Engineer

We are looking for an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong Type Script skills and hands‑on experience building automation using Playwright. You will design and develop scalable test frameworks, automate end‑to‑end UI/API test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and help drive quality across the SDLC.

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright + Type Script
• Develop reusable automation components (Page Object Model / fixtures / utilities)
• Automate UI and API test coverage and expand regression suites
• Integrate automation into CI/CD and ensure reliable test execution/reporting
• Collaborate with developers/product/QA to define test strategy and acceptance criteria
• Identify, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and logs
• Improve test stability: reduce flakiness, optimize runtime, enhance debugging

• Strong automation experience with Playwright (preferred) and Type Script
• Solid understanding of testing concepts: functional, regression, smoke, integration
• Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation code and perform code reviews

• API testing (Playwright API, REST, Postman, Pact, etc.)
• Experience with test reporting (Allure, Playwright HTML reporter, JUnit)
• Performance/basic load testing exposure (k6, JMeter)
• Cloud & containers (Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with accessibility testing and visual testing
