We are a growing organization seeking talented Full Stack Developers to enrich and elevate the customer experience. This role is responsible for designing and building scalable web applications, custom integrations, and automation solutions across internal and vendor systems. The ideal candidate works collaboratively with the development team and business stakeholders from project initiation through delivery—and embraces AI‑assisted development practices to accelerate innovation.

• Design and develop scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions that support business activities and enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations between internal platforms and third‑party vendor systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to identify processes for automation and improvement.
• Formulate creative solutions with a focus on automation, maintainability, and speed to delivery.
• Follow software development lifecycle procedures in an agile‑based development environment.
• Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate code generation, debugging, and documentation.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML‑powered APIs and services into existing or new product features.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation, including AI‑assisted code reviews and summaries.

• Databases: SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, or similar relational databases.
• APIs: RESTful API design and consumption.
• Cloud:
  Azure or AWS (familiarity with cloud‑hosted services and deployments).
• AI Tools:
  Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or similar LLM‑based development assistants.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, collect data, and develop effective solutions.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, AI‑assisted development workflows, including prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
• Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, including advancements in generative AI and developer tooling.
