• Strong expertise in technical design and hands‑on coding using Microservices, C#, .NET, SQL, and AWS (SNS, SQS, Cloud Watch, IAM policies)
• Proven experience in production debugging, reviewing and approving code changes
• Experience building large‑scale enterprise systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security

• Experience leading a team of 4–5 developers, including task delegation and maintaining test quality
• Ability to resolve technical blockers and conflicts
• Experience managing cross‑team dependencies in large enterprise environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders

• Enthusiastic about using AI in coding
• Experience improving the SDLC using AI, such as coding automation, reverse engineering, test automation, debugging, and design generation

• 10+ years of experience with C# and .NET
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud and Microservices
• 3–5 years of team lead experience

• AWS Certification
• Experience developing AI‑based solutions for business problems

This role is considered an on‑site position located in Houston, TX.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
