Application architect, Software Development, C# ​/ Unity Developer

10 is currently seeking a Tiger Architect for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Houston, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is focused on developing Windows desktop applications for a critical project related to trading functionality. The ideal candidate will also work on addressing key enterprise mandates and remediating identified vulnerabilities in parallel with new feature development. This position requires 3 days onsite per week.

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C# and Win Forms
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Enhance existing applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance

• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# and Win Forms
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with scripting, automation, or backend development

$63.68 - $71.68 per hour
