Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect – Revenue Cloud CPQ Customization

United States (CST/EST time zone preferred)

Full Time

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced RCA, Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Billing solutions along with customization. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce RCA, Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Customization as well as strong technical and communication skills.

You will need to keep an eye on the futuristic migration of the project from Salesforce CPQ and Billing or any other similar system to Salesforce RCA.

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced RCA including customizations
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements
• Develop detailed solution architecture and design documents, provide solution alternatives to the customer and educate them on best practices
• Configure and customize Salesforce RCA, Salesforce CPQ and Billing applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Lead Salesforce multicloud implementation with integrations to external systems
• Stay updated with Salesforce RCA, Salesforce CPQ and Billing best practices and industry trends

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation
• Upskilled in Salesforce RCA; hands‑on experience on real‑time Salesforce RCA project preferred
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification and Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional preferred
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Hands‑on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to customer location for onsite client engagements as needed

This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation such as an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay and other variable compensation may also be provided.
