Software Engineer
Daily tasks by the software engineer include gathering business requirements from business partners, designing technical solutions, developing and debugging software solutions, building the CI/CD pipeline, creating unit testing cases, deploying solutions to Chevron Azure cloud regions, etc. This includes working with tools such as Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipelines, Service Now, and etc.
Experience:
- 5+ year C#.NET framework, ASP.Net framework experience, and C# programming language experience. Microsoft Blazar experience is a plus.
- Angular 5+ (We are using Angular 12)
- Web design skills with HTML/CSS
- Testing frameworks (Jasmine & Karma)
- Responsive design
- Bootstrap
- JavaScript and Type Script
- REST principles (consuming web services, manipulating JSON data, etc)
- JavaScript frameworks and Angular libraries (desired ones):
- Plotly Charting Library
- Underscore Library
- MSAL/ADAL (Authentication)
- Basic Azure skills (not mandatory)
- Version control with GIT
- Use of ADO and familiarity to Scrum principles (not mandatory)
