• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from an accredited four‑year institution
• 5+ years of embedded systems background (required)
• Proven experience in full‑cycle product development
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integration, system‑level testing, performance tuning, and embedded debugging tools
• Strong programming proficiency in C or C‑based languages
• Working knowledge of IDE tool chains including compiler, linker, assembler, and loader
• Experience with serial communication protocols such as RS‑485, CAN bus, SPI, I2C, and UART
• Ability to read and interpret microprocessor/component datasheets and manufacturer application notes
