We are seeking an experienced Service Now Engineer / Developer with approximately 5 years of hands‑on Service Now platform development and administration experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now solutions that improve IT and business service management processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Asa Service Now Engineer, You Will
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications and platform capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and notifications.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub integrations, and automation workflows.
- Create and maintain Script Includes, REST/ SOAP integrations, scheduled jobs, and custom applications using Service Now best practices.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (preferred).
- Support platform upgrades by analyzing impacts, remediating customizations, and performing regression testing.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure solutions follow Service Now development standards, governance, security, and platform best practices.
