Summary
The primary role of this position is to help design, build, and integrate modern web applications with a variety of existing backend systems. This role includes supporting and enhancing our current Angular application while also contributing to the development of a new React-based application currently under active build. Experience with React is highly beneficial as we continue expanding our front‑end technology stack.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key leadership role in sprint planning, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, and full‑stack development. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions using modern technologies including C#, Type Script, MSSQL, and contemporary front‑end frameworks within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment.
Strong architectural thinking, clean coding practices, and experience working across both front‑end and back‑end systems are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Designing and building customer facing website
- Designing and building backend jobs to integrate applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- 3‑5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience and demonstrated competency to supplant the degree)
- Experience with Angular
- Experience with C# and MSSQL (including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL applications)
- Understands HTML, XML, web services, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work patiently with users
- Quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Ability and willingness to go beyond IT knowledge and understand the underlying business process
- The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5‑8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
- The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience
- Usually, normal office working conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
