Our software integrates with leading Fin Tech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook.

It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Staff Remote Software Engineer with the following experience:

• Ruby, Rails
• React
• AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)

Our tech stack also includes the following, so experience with any of these is a plus:

• Ansible
• Terraform
• Cloud Formation
• Linux
• Postgres

You be partnering with a team of other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3. You will make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product, build/deploy third party integrations, and create components for our client facing features.

• Implement new features and enhancements with Ruby on Rails
• Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
• Build and maintain components in both React and Type Script
• Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
• Navigate from front to back end architecture improvements
• Built out 3rd party integrations
