Programmer - Web Developer

The Programmer/Web Developer (Senior) will provide advanced development and technical support for critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects currently in progress and planned for future implementation. This position will primarily support People Soft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications, with a strong emphasis on application development, integrations, reporting, performance tuning, upgrades, and production support.

The position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining complex People Soft solutions. The selected resource will collaborate with functional analysts, project managers, business stakeholders, database administrators, infrastructure teams, external vendors, and other technical resources to deliver reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have senior‑level People Soft FSCM development experience and extensive knowledge of People Tools, Application Engine, Application Packages, People Code, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Designer, reporting technologies, and system integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience developing, implementing, or supporting enterprise applications.
• Three years of hands‑on development experience in a People Soft FSCM environment.
• Demonstrated experience with People Tools, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, SQL, reporting, and system integrations.
• Experience designing, coding, unit testing, troubleshooting, and deploying complex application changes.
