• Experience or interest in full‑stack application development.
• Experience or interest in Azure Dev Ops and software delivery practices.
• Ability to learn and adopt AI‑assisted development tools and workflows.
• Passion for improving developer productivity and engineering effectiveness.
• Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Desire to create reusable solutions rather than one‑off implementations.

Experience in some combination of:

• Full‑stack application development
• Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• CI/CD pipelines
• APIs and microservices
• Cloud‑native development
• AI‑assisted engineering tools
• Dev Ops and automation
• Modern software architecture patterns
