Role Overview We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer to join a project focused on building foundational AI and engineering capabilities. This role will contribute to standardizing development patterns for RAG and chatbot frameworks, enabling scalable and reusable AI solutions. You will be a core contributor to building reusable AI components and frameworks, supporting both application enablement and platform standardization.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
* Create and manage front-end components with Angular and/or React.
* Build and support a centralized, repeatable AI engineering framework.
* Contribute to the development of a modular, component-based architecture for reuse.
* Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications, including RAG patterns and chatbots.
* Develop agentic workflows and AI-powered developer platforms.
* Build reusable AI patterns and frameworks, working with Azure AI Foundry.
* Support the evaluation, testing, and governance of AI systems.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

*** Experience in full stack engineering, with backend development in C# or .NET.
* Frontend development skills in Angular and/or React.
* Experience with component-based, modular architecture.
* Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and their integration into applications, including RAG patterns or chatbot development.
* Hands-on experience developing RAG applications, chatbots, and agentic workflows.
* Experience with Azure AI Foundry and building reusable AI patterns.
** Technical

Skills:

*** Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Angular.
* Understanding of the Azure ecosystem, including pipelines and services.
* Knowledge of prompt orchestration and AI application architecture.
* Understanding of model management, automation, and LLM lifecycle management.
*
* Soft Skills:

*** Communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to adapt and be flexible across different teams and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Azure AI services such as Azure AI Search.
* Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, or Auto Gen.
* Knowledge of agent-based architectures and memory integration patterns in AI systems.
* Experience building internal platforms or developer frameworks.
* Experience creating reusable AI accelerators and reference architectures.
