• Work alongside Senior Software Engineers to develop features and enhancements that delight customers.
• Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements.
• Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure the product delivers impact.
• Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily stand-ups; share accomplishments during sprint reviews.
• Provide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives with a team mindset.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, React or Angular, and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Node, cloud services (AWS preferred), testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium desirable.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software.
• Experience in developing enterprise software with emphasis on security, accessibility and user experience.
• Familiarity with foundational platform services design and development.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bonus:
  Experience with microservices architecture, infrastructure as code (Terraform), Dev Ops and CI/CD, containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes), library design and familiarity with SSO providers like Auth0 or Okta.
