CNC Programmer III

As a CNC Programmer III, you’ll sit at the top of that legacy: programming the complex, multi-axis parts that keep our reputation intact, and mentoring the next generation of programmers who will carry it forward.

• Lead the creation of advanced CNC programs for complex geometries and multi‑axis machines.
• Develop tooling and fixture solutions that support high‑precision production.
• Drive optimization efforts to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency across the shop floor.
• Mentor and train CNC Programmer I and II team members, building programming skill across the team.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective actions for recurring machining issues.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering to implement process improvements that scale.

• High school diploma required.
• 7–9 years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Advanced CNC programming expertise across multiple machine types.
• Edge Cam programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of solid modeling.
• Advanced metrology and GD&T fluency.
• Comfortable writing clear technical documentation and process instructions.

• Certifications in CNC machining or CAD applications.
• Unigraphics solid modeling experience.
