Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Sitetracker Developer to support Crown Castle’s telecom project lifecycle applications, specifically around site acquisition, construction, and asset management workflows.

The role involves end-to-end development, customization, and integration of Sitetracker (built on Salesforce) within a complex enterprise ecosystem including systems such as CCIsites, GIS, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms.

The developer will operate within an agile POD, owning design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations aligned with Crown Castle’s engineering work order model.

Sitetracker Development & Customization

• Design and develop custom objects, workflows, and automation within Sitetracker (Salesforce platform)
• Configure project lifecycle workflows (site acquisition to leasing to construction to operations)
• Extend Sitetracker capabilities using:
• Apex classes & triggers
• Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
• Visualforce (where applicable)
• Implement role-based access, validation rules, and business logic

Integration & API Engineering

• Develop and maintain integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems such as:
• CCIsites
• CRM / Dynamics / Service Now
• GIS and external vendor systems
• Design and implement:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Middleware-based integrations (AWS/Lambda/API Gateway, etc.)
