Salesforce Full Stack Engineer

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integrations (Mule Soft preferred)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, Data Migration, ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices
• Experience in Jira and Confluence On-Premises to Cloud migration
• Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Mule Soft, and Platform Events.
• Design data models, support data migration, and maintain data quality.
• Participate in Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and release management activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
