The company is seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineering Manager to lead firmware development efforts while remaining hands-on in the design and implementation of real-time embedded solutions. This role is well suited for someone with a strong background in C/C++, embedded systems, hardware integration, and technical leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience
• Strong programming experience with C/C++
• Experience developing software for real-time embedded systems
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, and embedded architectures
• Experience with hardware/software integration and debugging
• Familiarity with source control and development lifecycle best practices
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Python or Verilog experience
• RTOS development experience
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Experience with FPGA-based systems
• Motor control, robotics, or automation experience
