Full Stack AI Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on building enterprise-grade applications powered by data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. This role combines software engineering, data engineering, and AI development, giving you the opportunity to design and develop scalable solutions that solve real business problems.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack developer with a backend focus who can build APIs, integrate enterprise systems, develop data-driven applications, and bring AI-powered features into production. You'll work closely with product owners, data engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive applications, automated workflows, and intelligent solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, cloud platforms, and advanced data architectures while maintaining ownership throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

+ Strong backend development experience using Python and/or Java

+ Experience building and supporting production-grade REST APIs and backend services

+ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and/or No

SQL databases

+

Experience with MongoDB or similar No

SQL platforms

+ Experience developing applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js

+ Experience building data-intensive applications and integrating with enterprise data platforms

+ Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and data modeling concepts

+ Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

+ Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, documentation, code reviews, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

+ 18+ months of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered application development

+ Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents

+

Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

+ Experience integrating AI APIs and machine learning models into production applications

+

Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, or modern data platforms

+ Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS

+ Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices

+ Experience integrating applications with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems

+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
