- Build and integrate AI-powered applications using LLM APIs, agentic architectures, and RAG pipelines on vector databases
- Develop agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning tailored to specific business use cases
- Optimize model accuracy, reliability, and latency
- Implement guardrails to mitigate hallucinations and improve response quality
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the operational stability of AI capabilities deployed in production
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing microservices and backend systems
- Strong software engineering experience delivering production systems
- Hands-on experience building agentic applications or LLM-integrated chatbots
- Experience developing agentic applications with the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- Fluency in Python or another comparable backend programming language
- Proficiency with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
- Proficiency in prompt design and evaluation (prompt engineering)
