The Player Assistant or Marshal is responsible for the pace of play and for keeping groups from falling out of position to ensure the pace is kept at the best speed for the rest of the players on the course.

• Patrol golf course, keeping the pace of play up and responding to golfers’ questions or concerns
• Coordinate golf course activities with the golf shop and outside services: maintain an inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, divot repair tools, and ball markers
• Recognize and resolve player concerns, while maintaining an elevated golfing experience with proper course etiquette to help ensure a pleasant visit for each guest

• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn
