Group Fitness Coach-Trainer (AM and PM shifts available) MADabolic – Midtown / Downtown Houston

MADabolic is hiring strength‑driven group fitness coaches for our new Midtown Houston location. We’re looking for professionals who take coaching seriously and thrive in a structured, high‑performance environment.
What We Do:MADabolic is a strength‑based, interval training system built on consistency, movement quality, and accountability. Our coaches don’t hype, they coach. We correct. We cue. We lead from the front.
What We Are Looking For :- Experience in strength & conditioning or group fitness
- Strong movement mechanics and presence on the floor
- Coachable, disciplined, and team‑oriented
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Willing to meet high performance standards
- 2-day Training Camp
- Structured onboarding and professional development
- Opportunity to grow into a Lead Trainer role
- A team culture built on standards, not shortcuts
