Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Tracking, retrieving, filing, and documenting contract execution.

* Maintains accurate files and spreadsheets.

* Searching for replacement voting centers.

* Making reservations of voting centers.

* Make and receive calls daily.

* Cross-train to assist in other areas within the Operations department.

Requirements

Education:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.

Preferences

* Call center experience a plus.

* Attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

* Knowledge of Harris County election processes a plus.

* Excellent phone etiquette.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, document scanners, and other office equipment.

* May have to lift up to 35 pounds for election related tasks.

General Information

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:

* Temp Full-time | Position End Date:
June 30, 2026 - This is a temporary position being onboarded through a Harris County-contracted agency.

* Monday - Friday | 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

* Overtime hours as required during election cycles.

* Sedentary role sitting for prolong periods.

* Blackout periods align with each election cycle which management will provide.

* Periodic travel required.

* $17.00 Hourly

Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
