Be responsible for supporting all aspects of freight management and ticket controls as it relates to all Bulk and Flatbed deliveries;
Comunícate appropriate product pick-up and delivery requirements as needed;
Assist Manager with Customer service issues;
Reconcile Carrier Invoices;
Identify payment errors or additional charges owed;
Review freight payments in SAP and make any necessary changes including the adding additional charges.
