Shop Hand​/Delivery Driver

Integri Cert, LLC is seeking a Shop Hand/Delivery Driver to join our team in Houston, TX. Qualified candidates should be experienced in operating a forklift, providing delivery and pickup services from vendors and to customers, as well as working as part of a team in a production shop atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, securing and delivering products to customers and vendors
• Plan efficient routes and adhere to schedules using GPS
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (tires, lights, fluids) and report issues
• Complete delivery logs and obtain signatures where required
• Professional interaction with customers/vendors, confirming details and resolving issues
• Follow all traffic laws, local, and federal safety regulations
• Verify shipment accuracy
• Assist with shop tasks when not on the road

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent driving record
• High School or equivalency
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical fitness test
• Familiarity with shipping manifest applications

Physical Requirements

• The nature of work involves some physical effort to perform tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs of weight
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out, use multiple muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
• Standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and standing during shifts
• Exposure to extreme heat or cold in warehouse or outdoor conditions in construction or rigging environments
• Must be able to hear warnings or communicate effectively over industrial sounds
• May encounter grease or metal dust
