Job Responsibilities:- Drive new business development across International Air Freight and Ocean Freight forwarding services
- Develop and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting through contract close
- Identify, price, and secure profitable international freight forwarding opportunities
- Cross-sell customs brokerage, domestic transportation, and integrated logistics solutions
- Launch and onboard new freight forwarding customers in collaboration with operations teams
- Deliver consistent revenue expansion and gross profit growth
- Demonstrated new business sales success within international freight forwarding
- Proven ability selling Air Freight and Ocean Freight logistics services
- Strong customer acquisition and account development capabilities
- Practical understanding of customs brokerage compliance and domestic logistics services
- Commercially driven with measurable revenue and profit performance
