What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Driver/Processor to join our fast-growing team. As a pivotal part of our operations, you will ensure that customer returns are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

• Safely transport goods between customer locations and our warehouse.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packages.
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
• Adhere to all traffic and company regulations.
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Drivers will sometimes need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver.
• Drivers will interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while retrieving packages from customers’ homes and commercial locations.
• Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.

• Inspect, sort, and process returned items.
• Accurately print, pack, and ship orders.
• Ensure the quality and condition of items before they are returned.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed returns.
• Coordinate with the operations team to handle support inquiries.
• Keep the warehouse and showroom environment clean, safe, and organized.

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Good driving record - Motor Vehicle Record Check required
• Attention to detail
• Data entry skills
• Customer support experience (nice to have)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience with Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex
• Prior experience handling high volume of pickups and deliveries
• Capacity to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

• Driver's License and Social Security Card
• or Passport
• Proof of Work Authorization

• Full-Time = 8 hour shifts;
  Shift M-F; occasional Sunday tasks
