Partners Personnel - - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipment pick-ups and scheduling using routing guides and online transportation portals;
Liaise with transportation providers to confirm pick-up schedules and address delays;
Provide regular status updates to our client regarding shipments;
Monitor outbound shipments to ensure quality standards and KPI benchmarks;
Investigate shipment loss or damage and compile final reports
