CDL Driver Manager; Night

• Manage and support CDL drivers on a daily basis.
• Train drivers and ensure they follow all DOT, HOS, and safety rules.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries to keep freight moving on time.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Track driver hours, mileage, and performance to improve efficiency.
• Schedule equipment maintenance when needed.
• Use TMS, Excel, Word, and tracking systems to manage operations.
• Handle intermodal work, including rail billing and container freight.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Experience managing CDL drivers.
• At least 3 years in transportation or supply chain.
• Experience with containerized freight from the Port of Houston.
• Strong knowledge of CDL, DOT, and Hours‑of‑Service rules.
• Understanding of transportation and intermodal regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and TMS systems.
• Business‑related degree preferred.
