Logistics Administrator; G-Project

Main functions:

• Cost‑effective organization of export‑import shipments of raw materials, finished goods or other equipment in cooperation with the Materials/Shipping/Warehouse department and staff.
• Checking incoming freight invoices, submitting them for payment, and handling invoice complaints.
• Daily contact with freight forwarders to obtain price quotes and successfully handle freight pickups and deliveries.
• Proper use of equipment and ensuring its integrity.
• Ensuring the integrity and completeness of the goods handled.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Compliance with the requirements of related laws, especially transportation, occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection.
• Maintaining statistical data and performance indicators related to transportation.

• Degree in the field of logistics.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and terms.
